1. Service description

Perpetua provides structured UK company intelligence derived from public filings. You may use the dashboard and API for internal analysis and commercial workflows, subject to fair use limits and applicable law.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape beyond stated limits, or use data for unlawful discrimination, fraud, or harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

3. Data attribution

Data sourced from Companies House under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Source: Companies House.

4. API rate limits & fair use

API usage is metered by plan tier. Free accounts are capped monthly. Paid plans have higher quotas and per-minute rate limits. We reserve the right to apply temporary safeguards if usage patterns threaten platform stability.
